We have just finished version 1.1 of our team BPP. It is essentially a collective agreement as to why and how we do what we do. I'm sure we'll type it up at some stage but here it is;
Our "Why" is because working as a team we cause richer, deeper learning. 2 plus hours of debate and discussion to come up with those crucial 9 words!
